MASTER COLORIST. HAIR ARTIST. EXTENSION SPECIALIST.
l've been creating hair magic for 15 years, and over 2 years at Roots Hair Studio. Color, extensions and bridal are what I'm most passionate about. I love making people feel beautiful and confident when they're in my chair.
My training includes being certified as a goldwell master colorist, balayage and blonding done at the Salt Society, and tape-in, v-light and hand tied weft extensions with Aqua Hair.
I'm truly passionate about doing hair. It makes me so happy to be a part of people's lives and I love to meet new people. I've created such amazing relationships with my clients and I am grateful for them every day.
Samantha

Samantha’s journey into the beauty industry began early, balancing high school while pursuing her passion at the CTC School of Cosmetology in Scranton. Inspired by her grandmother, she developed a deep love for beauty—especially hair—which continues to fuel her creativity and dedication behind the chair.
Samantha specializes in bouncy blowouts, elegant updos, and continually advancing her expertise in lived-in color techniques. She received advanced training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in New York City and has continued her education through Goldwell, R+Co color classes, and in-salon education focused on updos and specialized color services. She is also certified in Dream Catchers Extensions, allowing her to create seamless, customized transformations for her clients.
Her current go-to products include R+Co Rodeo and Oway Smoothing Cream—favorites she relies on to create polished, effortless styles while maintaining the integrity of the hair.
When she’s not in the salon, Samantha enjoys spending time with family and friends, cuddling her beloved cat Pumpkin, adventuring outdoors with her beagle Whiskey, and attending live music events whenever she can.

Hi, I’m Sarah — a licensed stylist since 2009, with experience both behind the chair and as an educator.
I’m a stylist who truly cares about how you want to feel, not just how you want to look. Hair is powerful, and the right cut, color, or style can completely shift your confidence and how you show up in the world.
I love every part of the art of hair — cutting, coloring, and styling — and I believe the best results come from working together. My goal is to create a look that feels aligned with you and leaves you feeling your absolute best.

Becoming a Hair Artist in 2010 was the most natural thing that has ever happened to me. It was like seeing the world in a whole new light and I carry that feeling with me everyday.
I have an undying passion for blondes and hair color that my guests easily pick up on. I pride myself on being meticulously detailed.
I created Roots in 2018, not knowing the positive impact it would have and it has been the most rewarding journey. My heart and soul are poured into Roots every single day. I strive for perfection and consistency. I absolutely love sharing my hair home with my talented team and our guests!

Being a hair stylist truly is a passion of mine. I’ve been a stylist at Roots for the past 3 years and have over 13 years of experience.
I love creating a customized look and style for each individual guest. Whether it's a new color or cut, nothing is better than when your client loves their hair and feels good about themselves.
Being a stylist is so rewarding and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else! My clients are like my family. I'm dedicated to making this world a more beautiful place...one person at a time!

I’ve loved doing hair and makeup since I was a little girl. Going to CTC for cosmetology has been one of the best opportunities I’ve ever had, and having a very talented sister as a hairstylist has taught me so much over the years.
I’m certified in dreamcatchers extensions and I am excited to offer them at Roots! I’m passionate about vivid colors and look forward to doing training with Pulp Riot and other vivid brands.
I can’t wait to finally be able to start and have my own client’s and be able to make people happy! I’m so excited to start this new journey in my life.
